Please attach a personal essay which details your involvement in the following areas.  All essays must be typed and double spaced.

• Leadership Experience, Honors and Activities
• Leadership experience at school, in church, or in your community
• Extra-curricular Activities (band, choir, drama, student government, student clubs, etc.)
• Activities and honors sponsored by your church or denomination (Fine Arts festivals, Royal Rangers, Missionettes, etc.)
• Volunteer and community service
• Honors and awards received (National Honor Society, National Merit Scholar, etc.)
• *Due to NCAA scholarship guidelines we ask that you do not focus your essay on your athletic involvement. You may include your participation in sports but we ask that you focus on something other than athletics for your essay.
• Christian Experience
• Describe how you became a Christian and how you have grown in your faith.  Include your present and/or past involvement in your church or other ministries.
• Future Goals and Plans
• Describe your professional and personal goals and how your think an education at North Central University will prepare you to achieve them.
