Diploma Request

  • If you have not formally applied to graduate, you will need to submit an application for graduation, not a diploma request. Your degree will be conferred at the next available graduation date.
  • If you have any holds or balances on your account, we are unable to process your request until the holds are resolved. Please contact us if you have questions about any holds, and we can help direct you to the appropriate office. Any requests will be shredded and a new form will need to be submitted if holds are not resolved within six weeks of receiving request.
  • Requests will not be processed without payment.
