Registration deadline is 4p.m. on Friday, January 17th, 2025.

*Late registrants may be accepted depending on space and resources available. A late fee may apply.

Booth location will be given at the check-in table.

Reservations are $30 per space. Multiple tables require multiple spaces.



Tablecloths are $4 each.

Vendor Agreement

Thank you so much for your interest in the students of North Central. We appreciate your desire to participate in their education and careers. Please note the following policies and guidelines that North Central University upholds for any vendors advertising or recruiting on campus.

Liability

As a vendor at NCU I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCU and it’s constituents against any/all claims for loss, injury, judgement, expense, and/or damage to persons or property while on the North Central University campus.

Payment

As a vendor advertising and/or recruiting at NCU, I agree to pay an allotted, non-transferable, non-refundable fee for reservation of space and use of NCU provided materials at least 5 business days prior to arrival to the NCU campus. Cost varies depending on table location. A credit card processing fee is included in the payments.

Vendor Criteria

  • Any advertising/recruitment occurring on campus must be consistent with and respect the Christian values and beliefs embraced by NCU.
  • NCU reserves the right to ask any guest to leave campus who engages in behaviors and/or religious practices contrary to NCU beliefs.
  • All vendor time slots and locations will be designated by NCU due to knowledge of high traffic areas and times, with consideration of vendor schedules and needs.
